摘要
自 1 997年Medline免费开放以来 ,许多医学站点都提供Medline检索服务 ,本文介绍了一些使用自己开发软件提供Medline检索服务的医学站点基本情况 ,从可检数据库、检索提问式构建方法、检索界面、可检字段、可限制检索条件、题录输出排序方法、题录管理方法、全文获取方式等八个方面对这些站点提供的Medline检索服务进行了比较 。
Many medical web sites provide Medline access since Medline was free on 1997. Some web sites that provided Medline access using their own retrieve software were introduced in this article. And their access methods, database limits, query features, search interface, field searches, limited search, display, citation manager, full-text access and comments were compared in this article; Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation and quality rank was also given.
