The LM-2D launch vehicle completed the final launch mis- sion of 2012 by launching the Turkish G K-2 satellite in December 2012 and performed the first mission of 2013 by sending the High-resolution Satellite 1, the first satellite of the national major project for High-resolution Earth Obser- vation System, into space on April 26, 2013 from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center （JSLC）.
