摘要
应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)已成为埋地高压油气管道安全运行的隐患之一。本文结合加拿大近中性应力腐蚀开裂的现场调查和实验室相关研究结果,对近中性SCC的特征、识别方法、影响因素及其检测与预测模型进行了概述,以增加对近中性SCC的了解,对我国油气管道可能出现的SCC事故的预防和预测有重要意义。
External stress corrosion cracking (SCC) in buried, high pressure steel pipelines has been a world-wide integrity threat to the pipeline industry. Two forms of external SCC are recognized now; namely high pH SCC and near-neutral pH SCC. In the present paper, the characteristics, recognition methods, controlling factors, detect methods and the development of predictive models, mainly about near-neutral pH stress corrosion cracking are discussed in detail based on field investigations in Canada andlaboratory research.
