摘要
工业发展正面临着严峻的发展形势,面对高消耗、高排放的煤炭工业发展现状,如何通过有效的策略转变当前的发展方式,建立低碳、绿色的煤炭循环经济体系,已经成为了煤炭企业面临的首要问题,而如何通过有效的方法对煤炭企业发展过程中的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行全面的分析,也就是运用SWOT分析法,为煤炭企业制定发展战略提供基本的依据。基于此,文中就以低碳经济为背景,对煤炭企业发展战略的相关问题进行简单的分析。
