Focus and Difficulty of Legal Construction of Coal Industry Miners Safety

煤炭行业是国家能源的重要组成部分。而近年来,煤矿安全事故屡屡发生,引起国家安监部门高度重视,不断地出台安全生产管理相关的法律法规。然而现实情况依然存在这样那样的问题。安全管理作为煤矿企业"天"字号的工程,如何妥善解决安全生产管理,成为了每一个煤矿企业面临的重大课题。文章分析了煤矿企业在安全生产法律的建设的重点,找出了建设过程中出现的难点并加以探讨。

The coal industry is an important part of the national energy. In recent years, coal mine accidents have repeatedly occurred, caused by the State Administration of Work Safety departments attach great importance to the introduction of laws and regulations related to the management of production safety. However, the reality still exists to this or that problem. Safety management as a ＂sky＂ of coal mining enterprises, how to properly resolve the management of production safety has become a major issue faced by every coal mining enterprises. This paper will analyze the focus of coal mining enterprises in the establishment of the production safety laws and to be explored to find out the difficulties in the process.
