摘要
介绍了矿山压力监测系统中采煤工作面液压支架压力记录仪的本质安全电路设计,主要通过基于89C51CC03的单片机系统、电源接口和信号隔离实现本质安全电路的要求。实践证明,采用该电路的支架压力记录仪工作稳定可靠,适用于煤矿井下特殊环境。
The design of intrinsically safe circuits of the face support pressure logger in the mine pressure monitoring system is introduced.The reguirements of intrinsically safe circuits are realized by 89C51CC03 SCM system,power interfaces, and signal isolation. The practice has proved that the support pressure logger is stable and reliable, applicable to the special circumstances in coal mines.
