摘要
通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件建立高速公路边坡准预裂爆破模型,选取塑性随动硬化材料模型,来模拟爆破载荷作用下岩石的本构关系,考虑不耦合系数、线装药密度、药包直径及炮孔间距等参数,进行缓冲孔爆炸应力场数值模拟计算。通过在高速公路施工现场进行爆破试验,并采用IDTS3850型测振仪进行爆破振动测试,检验模型设计及参数计算的准确度,验证缓冲孔设计方案的可行性。
Quasi presplit blasting model of the highway slope is built with ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the constitutive relation of rock under blasting load is simulated with elastic-plastic model,MAT_PLASTIC_KINEMATIC material model is used,and the decouple coefficient,linear charge density,charge diameter,and interval of holes will be considered,so the simulated calculation about buffer hole exposition stress field can be carried out.Through blasting test in highway construction site,blasting vibration measurement by IDTS3850 vibration meter,checking the design of model and accuracy of parameter,the feasibility of the buffer hole design scheme can be verified.
