基于产业聚集视角探究煤炭企业信息化战略

Explore on Coal Enterprise Informatization Strategy Based on Industrial Focus Perspective

随着工业化和信息化进程加快,煤炭行业当前面临着两大挑战--能源稳定和低碳发展,粗放式传统模式已经不能满足信息化、工业化的发展要求,因此,要从煤炭产业聚集视角出发,充分运用信息化的方式、制定科学化的企业信息化战略来提升煤炭企业竞争力。文章探究了产业聚集对煤炭企业信息化的影响,并通过阐述煤炭企业信息化的特征和存在问题,进而构建产业聚集视角下有效的煤炭企业信息化战略。

With the development of industrialization and informatization process to accelerate, the coal industry currently faces two major challenges-energy stability and low carbon development, extensive traditional model has been unable to meet the requirements of the development of information technology, industrialization, therefore, from the perspective of coal industry aggregation, full use of information means, make scientific enterprise informatization strategy enhance the competitiveness of coal enterprises. This paper discusses the industrial agglomeration on the informatization of the coal enterprise ＂s influence, and by the informatization of the coal enterprise ＂s characteristics and existing problems, and then from the perspective of constructing industrial aggregation effective coal enterprise informatization strategy.
