摘要
在煤炭物流企业中,传统的人才管理模式和机制已经不适用。例如,存在着管理人才匮乏、人才管理理念落后、人才管理信息化水平低、人才资源开发不合理等问题。文章提出了推广普及煤炭物流管理技术和知识及开展人本管理工程等措施。因此改革和创新煤炭物流企业中的人才管理工作成为煤炭物流企业的当务之急。
In the coal logistics enterprises, the traditional personnel management mode and mechanism is not applicable. For example, there is a problem of lack of management professionals, talent management, talent management philosophy behind the informatization level low, unreasonable human resources development etc.. This paper puts forward the popularization of coal logistics management technology and knowledge and the development of humanistic management engineering measures. Therefore, the reform and innovation of coal logistics talents in enterprise management has become a pressing matter of the moment of coal logistics enterprise.
