摘要
采用高温高压反应釜模拟含H2S/CO2的工况,研究了硫元素对P110SS钢在含H2S/CO2环境中腐蚀行为的影响。溶液中含硫后,P110SS钢腐蚀速率和腐蚀严重程度均明显提高。虽然P110SS钢试样未发生硫化物应力开裂,但硫的存在使P110SS钢试样的基体发生严重腐蚀而损失掉很多部分。
The effects of sulfur on corrosion behavior including electrochemical corrosion and sulfide stress cracking of P110SS steel in oilfield environment with H2S/CO2 were investigated using an antoclowe as simulation device. The corrosion rate and corrosion severity of P110SS steel increased significantly owing to the solution containing elemental sulfur. Though sulfide stress cracking did not occur on P110SS steel samples, electrochemical corrosion seriously occurred and many part of samples lost due to elemental sulfur.
