摘要 本文概述了冷喷涂制备TiAl3复合涂层的方法和性能研究,主要包括冷喷涂工艺和热处理工艺,并通过钛铝基平衡相图的分析来指导冷喷涂涂层制备技术。研究了涂层的晶体结构和相组成以及高温氧化性能,探索了制备Cr改性TiAl3基L12型合金涂层的方法,初步研究了Cr改性TiAl3基L12型合金涂层的高温氧化性能。 This paper outlines the preparation and properties of TiAl3 composite coatings by cold spray methods. It including cold spray process and heat treatment process, and through titanium aluminum equilibrium phase diagram analysis to guide the preparation of TiAl3 composite coatings by cold spray technology. It was studied that the crystal structure of the coatings, phase composition and high-temperature oxidation resistance. It explored that the preparation of Cr modified TiAl3 based L12 alloy coatings, and high temperature oxidation resistance of the composite coatings.
