摘要 以传统季铵盐十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(IB)、双癸基二甲基氯化铵为主的双8-10(D8-10)和新型季铵盐双癸基甲基羟乙基氯化铵(DEQ)以及非离子表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚(BAN)、格尔伯特醇聚氧乙烯(5~6)醚(BAE)、异辛醇聚氧乙烯(5~6)醚(HYT)、烷基多苷(FCET)、仲醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚(STTS)、仲醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚(STTN)、仲醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯(7)醚(DSES)、仲醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯(9)醚(DSEN)为研究对象,研究了单一组分及复合组分的季铵盐对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄菌以及白色念珠菌作用20 min后的杀菌活性。结果表明,在质量浓度为170 mg·L-1时,单一组分的1227,IB,D8-10,DEQ作用20 min,对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均大于1;在质量浓度为60 mg·L-1,复合组分的1227,IB,D8-10,DEQ按一定比例复合作用20 min后,对金黄色葡萄菌、大肠杆菌以及白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均大于1;无论是1227,IB,D8-10,DEQ单一组分,还是复合,作用20 min后对金黄色葡萄菌的杀灭效果最好,对大肠杆菌的杀灭效果次之,对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果最差。 Traditional quaternary ammonium salts laurytmmemylt, c-Ly hexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride salt (IB) , didecyldimethylammonium chloride ( mainly bis 8 - 10, D8 -10) ,as well as new quaternary ammonium salt, dideeylmethylhydroxyethylammonium chloride (DEQ) and nonionic sud'actants ethoxy fatty alcohol (9 EO) ( BAN), ethoxy Guerbet alcohol ( 5 - 6 EO) ( BAE ), ethoxy/so - octanol (5 - 6 EO) (ttYT), alkyl polyglycoside (FCET), ethoxy secondary alcohol (7 EO) (STIS), ethoxy seeonda3" alcohol ( 9 EO) ( STFN ), ethoxy - propoxy secondary alcohol ( 7 EO - PO ) ( DSES), ethoxy -propoxy secondary alcohol (9 EO -PO) (DSEN) were taken as study objects for their (either as single component quaternary ammonium salt or blended components) bactericidal activity against pathogens Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Cartdida ulbicaus respectively after treatment of 20 rain. Results showed that when mass concentration reaches 170 mg. L-l, bactericidal effect against Candida albicaus of any one of the single 1227 ,IB ,D8 -10 and DEQ "after treatment of 20 rain,achieves a logarithm value of greater than 1 ;when the mass concentration of blends with a certain proportion of 1227, IB, D8 - 10 and DEQ achieves 60 mg~ L-i and after treatment of 20 min, the bactericidal effect against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans achieves a logarithm value of greater than 1 ;whether 1227 ,IB, D8 -10 and DEQ is used as single bactericidal agent or blends, the bactericidal effect against Staphylococcus aureus becomes the best and that against Escherichia coli achieves the second position, while that against Candlda albicans is at the lowest position.
