摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中二乙醇胺含量的方法。采用丹磺酰氯为衍生试剂,样品在pH=9的缓冲溶液与乙腈的混合溶液中55℃避光衍生30 min之后,经高效液相色谱法测定二乙醇胺含量。结果表明,二乙醇胺在10~200 mg·L-1范围内质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.7%~103.4%,相对标准偏差RSD为3.6%~5.1%。
A new method for determination of diethanol amine content in cosmetics by HPLC was established. The derivation reaction was conducted in darkness at 55 ℃ for 30 min in mixed solution of aqueous buffer ( pH = 9) and acetonitrile, and with dansyl chloride usedas derivation reagent. The results showed that a good linear relationship exists between the peak area and the mass concentration in the range of 10 -200 mg . L-I for diethanol amine. The average recovery is in the range of 98.7% - 103.4%. The relative standard deviation is 3.6% -5.1%.
