摘要
目的探讨全麻诱导前单剂地塞米松对血糖及单核细胞功能的影响。方法择期行腹部手术患者60例随机均分为两组:D组静脉注射地塞米松10mg;S组给予生理盐水2ml。测定用药前和用药后5、10、15、20min和60min血糖;流式细胞仪检测术后第1天CD14/人类白细胞抗原(HLA)-DR阳性的单核细胞百分率。结果两组患者用药前后血糖均无明显变化;两组术后第1天CD14/HLA-DR阳性的单核细胞百分率亦无明显差异。结论全麻诱导前单剂地塞米松10mg不影响手术患者单核细胞功能和用药后60min内的血糖水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of dexamethasone injected before anesthesia induction on blood glucose and mononuclear cells function.Methods Sixty patients undergoing selective abdominal surgery were equally randomized into two groups.Before anesthesia induction,dexamethasone 10 mg was injected intravenously in group D and normal saline was used in group S as the control.Blood glucose was examined before induction and at 5,10,15,20,and 60 min after induction.The expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by flow cytometry on the first day after surgery.Results Compared to before,the concentrations of blood glucose after dexamethasone injection were not significantly changed in both groups(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 on peripheral blood mononuclear cells on the first day after surgery between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Single dose of dexamethasone 10 mg injected before anesthesia induction does not influence blood glucose level in 60 min and mononuclear cells function in the patients undergoing selective abdominal surgery.
