摘要
目的探讨冠心病患者外周血调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)亚群的变化及其意义。方法将61例患者分为不稳定型心绞痛(UA组,21例)、稳定型心绞痛(SA组,18例)和胸痛综合征(CPS组,22例)三组。采用流式细胞仪分析CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞占T淋巴细胞的比例;ELISA法检测血浆转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)浓度。结果 UA组CD4+CD25+Foxp3+Treg细胞表达为(1.89±0.76)%,显著低于SA组的(2.91±0.53)%和CPS组的(2.35±0.26)%(P<0.01);UA组TGF-β1表达量为(13.52±3.02)μg/L,显著低于SA组的(26.94±7.25)μg/L和CPS组的(25.93±1.00)μg/L(P<0.01)。结论 UA组患者Treg细胞亚群比例降低,Treg细胞亚群与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的激活密切相关。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of regulatory T cell subsets in the patients with coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods Sixty-one patients were divided into 3 groups of UA(21 cases with unstable angina),SA(18 cases with stable angina) and CPS(22 cases with chest pain syndrome).The frequencies of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cell subsets in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry.Concentrations of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) were measured by ELISA.Results The percentage of CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ regulatory T cell subsets in T lymphocytes in group UA was(1.89±0.76)%,which was significantly lower than(2.91±0.53)% in group SA and(2.35±0.26)% in group CPS(P0.01).TGF-β1 expression in group UA was(13.52±3.02) μg/L,which was significantly lower than(26.94±7.25) μg/L in group SA and(25.93±1.00) μg/L in group CPS(P0.01).Conclusion The regulatory T cell subsets are downregulated in the patients with UA.The regulatory T cell subsets are closely associated with the activation of vulnerable atherosclerosis plaque.
