摘要
试验研究了冷拔和正火两种预处理对经中频感应淬火和低温回火的40Cr汽车半轴组织和抗扭性能的影响。结果表明,随工件感应加热移动速度的减缓,抗扭强度、最大扭矩和断时扭角增加,相同移动速度下正火预处理的扭力性能好于冷拔态。900 mm/min的移动速度使两种状态预处理的半轴都获得良好的扭转性能。
The effects of cold-drawing and normalizing pretreatment on microstructure and torsional properties of 40Cr car half shaft after induction hardening and low-temperature tempering were studied. The results show that the torsional strength, maximal torsion and breakage torsional angle increase with the decrease of movement speed of parts in induction hardening. The torsion properties after normalizing treatment are better that those of cold-drawing at the same movement speed. The better torsional properties can be obtained when the movement speed is 900 mm/min.
