摘要 重点研究AISI4140钢的淬火温度、防止开裂和水-空循环时间等热处理工艺。通过多次实验确定了最佳的热处理工艺参数,实现了AISI4140钢强度及韧性的良好匹配。 The quenching temperature, water-air cycle time and heat treatment process preventing cracking of AISI4140 steel were studied. The optimum beat treatment parameters to achieve both higher strength and toughness for the steel were obtained by experimental program.
