摘要
针对4CrW2Si钢的离子氮化过程,基于ARM9嵌入式实时控制系统,设计了对4CrW2Si钢的N/H比值、流量、氮化温度和氮化时间四个工艺参数的控制过程,并进行了PID对4CrW2Si钢件离子氮化性能影响的研究。结果表明:与离子氮化过程未进行数字控制的钢件相比,经过PID自整定控制的钢件渗层深度、表面硬度、耐磨性、抗高温氧化性均得到明显提高,离子氮化质量稳定性也得到改善。
Based on embedded real-time control system ARM9, the self-turning PID digital controller for ion nitriding was designed, which can simultaneously control four parameters such as nitrogen hydrogen ratio, flow, nitriding temperature and time. And the effects of digital control on the properties of steel 4CrW2Si after ion nitriding were studied. The results show that comparing with no digital PID control of ion nitriding for steel, the nitriding depth, surface hardness, wear resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperature increase, and the quality retention of the steel after ion nitriding by self-turning PID digital control is improved also.
