摘要
采用不同的工艺对5CrMnMo热作模具进行淬火处理,分析了淬火工艺对模具的表面硬度、耐磨性、抗高温腐蚀性和抗热疲劳性的影响。结果表明,与普通的油淬方式相比,油冷至230℃保温15 min后取出空冷的淬火冷却方式能明显提高模具的表面硬度、耐磨性、抗高温氧化性和抗热疲劳性,1000次800℃急冷至25℃冷热循环后的热疲劳级别从8级降为4级。
Hot-working die 5CrMnMo was quenched by different process. And the effects of quenching process on the surface hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance at high temperature and thermal fatigue resistance of the die were analyzed. The results show that in comparison with common oil cooling, the quenching process, which is oil cooling to 230℃ keeping for 15 rain and then cooling in air, can noticeably improve the surface hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance at high-temperature and thermal fatigue resistance of the hot-working die, and the thermal fatigue grade of the die drops to grade 4 from grade 8.
