摘要
对往复式压缩机的进气阀连接螺栓断裂失效情况进行分析,通过对其断口形貌、化学成分、力学性能和金相组织进行检测分析,发现螺栓的失效原因是在交变载荷的长期作用下,螺纹根部存在的原始缺陷以及紧固螺母与设备结合处螺铨的螺纹根部存在应力集中现象,使该部位形成裂纹源,最终螺栓发生疲劳断裂。
The failure analysis of reciprocating compressor's inlet valve bolt was carried out. By the analysis of fracture morphology, microstructure, chemical constituents and mechanical properties, the reasons for the failure are that under the effects of alternating load, the linear defects and stress concentration generate in the bottom of the thread, which can be the crack source. Finally, for the failure of the bole, the control measures were given.
