摘要
目的研究2种纳米颗粒对自行研制的高强玻璃纤维增强光固化树脂复合材料(FRC)桩的力学性能的影响。方法自行配置光固化树脂基质,将纳米ZrO2和纳米Al2O3分别按1%、3%、4%、5%的比例加入树脂基质,用拉挤法制成纤维增强树脂基牙科桩,用万能力学试验机测试FRC桩的弯曲模量、弯曲强度、弯曲载荷。结果不同含量的纳米粒子对FRC桩的力学性能有影响,含4%纳米ZrO2、Al2O3的光固化树脂制成的FRC桩综合性能最佳,弯曲模量(20.42±0.88)、(19.96±0.69)GPa,弯曲强度(464.89±18.84)、(481.17±24.68)MPa,弯曲载荷(146.05±5.92)、(151.23±7.79)N,与未添加纳米粒子的FRC桩有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论少量纳米粒子对FRC桩有增韧效果。
Objective To study the effects of two different nano-particles on the mechanical properties of self-developed highstrength glass fiber reinforced light-cured resin composite posts.Methods Configure our own light-cured resin matrix,add nano ZrO2 and nano Al2O3 into resin matrix in the proportion of 1%,3%,4%,5%,make them into FRC posts by pultrusion,and universal mechanical testing machine was used to test flexure modulus,flexure strength and fracture loads of FRC posts.Results Different contents of nano particles affected the mechanical properties of FRC posts.FRC posts made of light-cured resin containing 4% nano-ZrO2,nanoAl2O3 had the best overall performance: flexure modulus(20.42 ± 0.88) 、(19.96 ± 0.69) GPa,flexure strength(464.89 ± 18.84) 、(481.17 ±24.68) MPa,flexure load(146.05 ±5.92) 、(151.23 ±7.79) N,which had significant difference with FRC posts adding no nano-particles(P〈0.05).Conclusions A small amount of nanoparticles can toughen FRC posts.
