釉基质蛋白促进牙周组织修复重建的临床应用研究进展

摘要 釉基质蛋白(enamel matrix proteins,EMPs)位于胚胎发育时期的牙釉质中,是一组来自上皮根鞘的釉质特异性蛋白,与牙釉质的形成和矿化有关,具有促进牙周组织再生、生物矿化和骨诱导等生物特性。研究者们已从体外培养,动物和临床实验对其研究并初具成果,现就釉基质蛋白在口腔临床应用中的研究现状作一综述。
