20例颅内微小动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗体会 被引量：2

摘要 颅内微小动脉瘤（最大直径≤3mm）瘤腔小、置管困难，介入栓塞术中并发症多，术中破裂出血率高达8％。但是，近几年随着介入材料科学的发展，尤其是微导丝、微导管、弹簧圈的改进和更新，术中并发症逐渐减少。对沈阳市第二中医医院2011年3月至2012年12月收治20例颅内微小动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗进行总结并报告。
