HCMV IE2蛋白调控功能研究新进展

摘要
人巨细胞病毒(huma ncytomegalovirus,HCMV)属于β疱疹病毒亚科,是人类疱疹病毒中最大的一组病毒。在人群中,HCMV感染相当普遍,大多数感染呈临床隐性感染或潜伏感染;但在新生儿、免疫抑制或免疫功能低下的人群中则可引起临床显性感染,出现明显症状,甚至发生致死性疾病。
