摘要
细胞治疗是退行性眼病患者眼功能恢复的重要手段。目前,应用于临床退行性眼病细胞治疗的供体细胞有多种来源,其中常规来源的成熟供体细胞受困于多种制约因素,应用局限性很大。干细胞因为其多潜能性正成为新来源。近年来,利用干细胞分化重组眼组织取得重大突破,可以很容易地在体外重组获得具有类似新生儿眼组织的三维视网膜组织,克服了眼病细胞替代疗法治疗的瓶颈。本文将对细胞替代疗法治疗退行性眼病进行简要综述,并介绍干细胞体外重构视杯组织技术的临床应用前景。
Cell therapy is the main method of the eye function restoring of patients with degenerative eye disease. Conventional ways of obtaining donor cells are usually from the mature cells, which are limited by the source of donors. Stem cells may be its new resource for their potentiality. Recently, differentiation of pluripotent stem cells in vitro successfully yields a 3 D optic cup, which overcomes the difficulty of retinal cell replacement therapy. This article will briefly review the recent development of cell-re- placement therapy for degenerative eye disease as well as the clinical application of stem cell-derived optic cup in the future.
