摘要
在不同长度的时期内,影响城市商业与居住混合程度(RCR)变化的因素不同。本论文以美国纽约市规划局和美国统计局等提供的数据为支撑,分析了2003年到2010年美国纽约市自下曼哈顿到上曼哈顿的南北剖线上,商业和居住建筑面积的比例(商住比)以及变化趋势,并与4个影响因素的变化作对比,它们是城市空间格局、可达性、经济景气程度和家庭收入。结论是在这段时期,经济景气程度的变化对纽约此地区RCR的变化影响明显。此结论对中国大都市的短期规划有一定的借鉴意义。
What affect the change of RCR (ratio of commercial area to residential area) is varied in long term planning and short term planning. Based on data from New York City Department of City Planning and U. S. Census Bureau, this article attempts to reveal on RCR and its changes on the north-south profile line from Lower Manhattan to Upper Manhattan from 2003 to 2010. In addition, this article tries to compare RCR's change with the change of four affecting factors: urban spatial pattern, traffic accessibility, economic sentiment, household income, The results find economic sentiment has significant effect on RCR' s change. This conclusion provides some references for the metropolitan city planning in China in 5-10 year planning period.
