城乡统筹规划背景下的乡村环境行为研究——以赣州市储潭镇城乡统筹发展示范区为例

The Village Environment Behavior Research under the Background of Urban Rural Integration Plan: A Case Study of Chutan Development Demonstration Zone in Ganzhou City

本文介绍了赣州市储潭镇城乡统筹发展示范区的发展情况,分析了储潭镇城乡统筹规划编制的背景和规划效能;整理了在高速城镇化进程中,尤其是在城乡统筹规划的推动下,储潭镇村民持有的新的环境态度;总结了城乡统筹发展示范区村民环境行为的维度和特征,归纳了城乡统筹规划的推动实施与储潭镇村民环境行为之间的联系。以示范区村民环境行为的变迁为切入点,评价城乡统筹规划的得失,进而探求城乡统筹规划编制的新思路、新方法和具有实效的规划运作方式。

This paper analyzes the background and impact of urban rural integration planning in Chutan town, based on the development of the demonstration zone in Ganzhou city. Because of the fast urbanization process promoted by the urban rural integration planning, villagers will hold new environment attitudes. This paper summarizes the dimensions and characteristics of the environment behavior in the demonstration zone to prove the relationship between the integration planning and the villagers＇ environment behavior. The changes of the villagers＇ environment behavior are the starting point of this research; this research will seek innovative thought and method of integration planning based on the environment behavior theory.
