摘要
目的分析微柱凝胶法与改良凝聚胺法在免疫性溶血性贫血患者交叉配血中的应用。方法选取需要输血的免疫性溶血性贫血患者68例,先用试管法进行ABO血型正反定型鉴定和Rh血型鉴定,确保患者血型正确,再用微柱凝胶法与改良凝聚胺法同时进行交叉配血,并对结果进行分析。结果 68例免疫性溶血性贫血患者ABO血型正反定型相符的有46例(67.65%),正反定型不相符的共22例,作进一步复检后正反定型相符,有冷凝集现象的18例(26.47%),含有不规则抗体的共4例(5.88%)。68例免疫性溶血性贫血患者的交叉配血中,微柱凝胶法配血不相合的63例,相合的5例,相合率为7.35%;改良凝聚胺法配血不相合的54例,相合的14例,相合率为20.59%,两种配血方法比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在免疫性溶血性贫血患者的交叉配血中,微柱凝胶法比改良凝聚胺法敏感度更高,安全性更好。
Objective To analyze the Application of microtubes gel method and modified Polybrene method in thecross matching of the patients with immune hemolytic anemia. Methods Sixty-eight patients with immune hemolyticanemia were chosen ,and who needed to transfuse blood.Firstly,all the patients were examined for identification ofABO blood group typing and Rh blood group by using test bube method ensure the correct blood groups. Then themicrotubes gel method and modified Polybrene method were used in the cross matching at the same time. The effectswould be analyzed. Results Forty-six cases were conform to the forward and reverse ABO blood typing in the sixty-eight patients with immune hemolytic anemia (accounted for 67.65%).Twenty-two cases were not conform to theforward and reverse ABO blood typing For further review, they were conform. There are 18 cases cold agglutinationphenomenon(accounted for 26.47%)and 4 cases irregular antibody(accounter for 5.88%). In 68 patients with immunehemolytic anemia,microtubes gel method and modified Polybrene method were used in the cross matching.63 caseswere not comform to the microtubes gel method,5 cases were coincidence, the inconformity rate was 7.35%; 54 caseswere not conform to the modified Polybrene method,14 cases were coincidence, the inconformity rate was 20.59%,therewere different statistical significance between two testing methods(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the cross matching ofthe patients with immune hemolytic anemia,microtubes gel method is higher sensitivity and better safety than modifiedPolybrene method.
