术前心理干预减轻手术室患者焦虑及术后疼痛的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of preoperative mental intervention on alleviating anxiety and postoperative painof operating patients

目的探讨手术前心理干预能否减轻手术室患者焦虑及术后疼痛的效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1-11月在我院接受手术治疗的220例患者的临床资料，并将其分为干预组和常规组，常规组给予一般护理，干预组在一般护理的基础上进行心理干预。结果干预组术前术后焦虑值分别为58．7±9．3，24．8±6．2，常规组为57．5±3．4，47．2±7．4,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），术后疼痛分级评分干预组明显低于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论术前心理干预对手术室患者焦虑情绪及术后疼痛具有明显减轻作用，值得在临床进一步推广。

Objective To discuss whether preoperative mental intervention could alleviating anxiety and postoperative pain for operating patients. Methods 220 cases of operating patients from Jan.2012 to Nov. 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into intervention group and regular group,the regular group was treated with general nursing,the intervention group was treated with mental intervention in addition to general nursing. Results The preoperative and postoperativeanxiety value of intervention group were 58.7 ± 9.3,24.8 ± 6.2 respectively,while the regular group were 57.5 ± 3.4,47.2 ± 7.4,there was a statistical significance between two groups（P 〈 0.01）.The postoperative rating scale of intervention group was obviously lower than regular group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative mental intervention has a good effect on alleviating anxiety and postoperative pain of operating patients,and it worth to be promoted in clinical therapy.
