体位干预对妇科腹腔镜术后腹腔引流量的影响

Effect of body position intervention on abdominal drainage volume after gynaecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨体位干预在腹腔镜手术中术后的腹腔引流量的影响。方法选取我院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者1250例,随机分为两组,对照组实行常规的治疗方法,对实验组加上体位干预。结果实验组引流管放置、术后住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体位干预对妇科腹腔镜术后腹腔引流量具有良好的效果,值得在实际临床中进行推广。

Objective To study the effect of body position intervention on abdominal drainage volume during laparoscopic operation and after. Methods 1250 cases of patients in our hospital underwent laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into control group received routine treatment,and the experimental group with posture intervention based on control group. Results The drain time and postoperative hospitalization time in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Body position intervention has a good effect on abdominal drainage volume after gynaecological laparoscopic surgery,worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
