术前放疗加手术与单纯手术治疗喉癌的临床疗效比较

Clinical effect of preoperative radiotherapy combined with surgery and surgery alone for the treatment of laryngeal carcinoma

目的:比较术前放疗加手术与单纯手术治疗喉癌的临床疗效。方法:选择2005年8月至2007年1月在我院治疗的喉癌患者122例为研究对象。随机进行分组,观察组(术前放疗加手术组)60例,对照组(单纯手术组)62例,比较两组患者治疗后的效果。结果:观察组Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期喉癌患者5年生存率为88.9%,与对照组比较差异不明显,P>0.05;Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期喉癌患者5年生存率为62.5%,显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对于肿瘤分期为Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期的患者来说,术前放疗并不能显著提高患者的5年生存率,而Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者术前放疗能够显著提高生存率。

Objective：To compare the clinical effect of preoperative radiotherapy combined with surgery and simple surgery for the treatment of laryngeal carcinoma.Methods：From August 2005 to January 2007,122 patients with laryngeal carcinoma were selected as objects in our hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group（preoperative radiotherapy combined with surgery group,n = 60） and control group（simple surgery group,n = 62）.Their clinical effects were compared after the treatment.Results：In observation group,5-year survival rate for the patients with stage Ⅰand Ⅱ laryngeal carcinoma was 88.9%,the differences were not apparent when compared with the control group,P 0.05,5-year survival rate for the patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ laryngeal carcinoma was 62.5%,it was significantly higher than the control group,P 0.05.Conclusion：Preoperative radiotherapy can not increase the 5-year survival rate for the patients with stage Ⅰand Ⅱ laryngeal carcinoma,but it can improve the survival rate prominently for the patients with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ carcinoma.
