摘要
目的:探讨survivin,TRAIL在正常脑组织和不同级别胶质瘤中的表达情况及其相关性。方法:收集脑外伤后内减压正常脑组织8例,胶质瘤组织40例,免疫组化方法检测survivin及TRAIL的表达情况。结果:Survivin,TRAIL蛋白在正常脑组织和胶质瘤组织中阳性表达率比较差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Survivin在胶质瘤低级别组(I、II级)与高级别组(III、IV级)之间的阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TRAIL在胶质瘤低级别与高级别之间的阳性表达率比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示survivin表达强度与胶质瘤的恶性程度呈正相关(r=0.502,P<0.05)。Survivin蛋白和TRAIL蛋白在胶质瘤组织中的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.553,P<0.05)。结论:胶质瘤细胞的增殖与凋亡可能与survivin和TRAIL的表达有关。
Objective:To explore the expression and correlation of survivin and TRAIL in normal brain tissue and human glioma.Methods:The expression of survivin and TRAIL in normal brain tissues(8 specimens) and glioma(40 specimens) were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results:There were significant differences of the positive staining rates of survivin and TRAIL in normal tissue and glioma(P 0.05).There was also a significant difference between the low-grade glioma(Grade I,Grade II) and the high-grade glioma(Grade III,Grade IV) in the expressions of survivin(P 0.05).The comparison of the positive rate of TRAIL in low grade glioma and high grade glioma was not significant(P 0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between the expressions of survivin and the malignant degree of glioma(r = 0.502,P 0.05).Survivin and TRAIL protein were negatively correlated in glioma(r =-0.553,P 0.05).Conclusion:Survivin and TRAIL may play an important role in the proliferation and apoptosis in glioma.
