摘要
文章从企业组织观的角度来探讨企业经营危机的管理 ,它的内容由两部分组成 :一是分析企业经营危机管理的方法 ,作者评价了边界创造论、心理能量刺激论和经营理念变革论这三种观点的区别和联系 ,以及它们各自适用的范围。二是评析了克服企业经营危机的战略 ,通过对蜕变的管理、摇摆的管理和失败的管理这三种战略优缺点的比较 ,找出企业经营危机不同适应区间。目的是通过对企业经营危机不同观点进行梳理 。
The crisis of management in enterprise operation is studied from the point of view of enterprise organization,which is composed of two parts:(1)The author has analyzed the management methods of the crisis in enterprise operation,evaluated the differences and connections of the three theories and their proper spheres of application;(2)He has also commented on the strategy of overcoming the crisis in enterprise management,and compared the three management strategies.The paper intends to discuss the analytical methods of the crisis in enterprise management and the strategy in dealing with the crisis,through the comparison of different views on the crisis in enterprise management.
