摘要
目的:探讨如何利用有限的图像引导放疗设备和人力资源提高劳动效率和改善服务质量。方法:通过六天工作制,放疗技术员排班实行早、中、晚三班倒。患者每人编排一个唯一的号码编入早、中、晚班治疗,同时对应相应的休息时间,保证每位患者治疗5次/周,休息2天/周。放疗技术员分A、B、C、D、E五组,A、B、C组人员当月相对固定在放射治疗岗位,D组人员当月负责模室工作和CT定位,同时参与放射治疗岗位人员轮休时顶班。E组人员负责CT扫描检查和定位,同时参与放射治疗岗位人员轮休时顶班。各岗位值班人员通过填写精确放射治疗流程记录单,对自己的操作进行确认并签字,保证了各阶段工作的准确性和一致性及信息的正确传递。结果:通过实行六天工作制,缩短了每日的治疗时间,提高了劳动效率,充分利用了设备资源,减少患者等待治疗的时间。结论:图像引导调强放射治疗(image guided radiotherapy,IGRT)实行六天工作制对肿瘤治疗患者较多的放射治疗中心是一种行之有效的解决方案。
Objective:To explore how to use the limited image guided radiotherapy equipment to improve labor efficiency and improve service quality.Methods:Six days working and three shifts everyday were adopted.Radiotherapy technician were incorporated into three shifts:morning,afternoon and night.Every patient had own number,this number corresponds to specified period of morning,afternoon or night shift,at the same time,corresponds to specified rest time.This schedule ensure the accomplishment of five fractions per week and two days rest per week.Radiotherapy technicians were divided into A,B,C,D and E groups.Technicians of group A,group B and group C were responsible for daily radiotherapy relatively stable in one month.Technicians of group D were responsible for mold making and CT positioning.When other technicians rest by turns,they were also responsible for radiotherapy.Technicians of group E were responsible for CT scan and CT positioning.When other technicians rest by turns,they are also responsible for radiotherapy.Every technician on duty should fill in the flowsheet record of precise radiotherapy process,confirm his/her performance and sign his/her name.These measures ensured the accuracy and consistence of all stages of work and correct transmission of information.Results:Through the implementation of the six days working,the daily duration of treatment was shortened,labor efficiency was improved.We can make full use of equipment resources,and reduce the time that patients wait for treatment.Conclusion:Six days working is an effective solution for the centre of image guided intensity modulated radiation therapy(image guided radiotherapy,IGRT) with too many tumor patients.
