NgR1在中枢神经系统疾病中的作用研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 中枢神经损伤后无法再生的重要原因之一是损伤后暴露出来的髓鞘相关抑制因子(MAIFs)强烈抑制神经再生。NgR1是3种主要的髓鞘相关抑制分子Nogo-A、MAG、OMgp共同的受体,也是它们产生抑制作用的关键因素。越来越多的研究表明NgR1不仅在脊髓损伤中有着举足轻重的地位,在其他中枢神经系统疾病如阿尔兹海默病、多发性硬化、脑卒中等疾病的发生发展中也起着重要的作用。本文主要综述NgR1在神经系统疾病中的作用研究进展,为将来开发以NgR1为靶点的药物来治疗相关疾病提供依据。
