摘要
针对渤海油田海管海缆布置密集化、复杂化给自升式钻井平台调整井作业就位时桩腿挂碰海管海缆风险大、钻井平台抛锚难及就位精度要求高等问题,在调研分析导管架平台和海管海缆分布特征基础上,提出了2种改进型钻井平台就位技术方案,即多次精确就位技术方案和导管架带缆技术方案。现场应用效果表明,多次精确就位技术和导管架带缆技术可安全、优质、高效地解决渤海油田自升式钻井平台调整井作业精确就位的技术难题,对于渤海与其他浅水海域自升式钻井平台就位作业具有一定的指导意义和借鉴作用。
There are several problems existing in Bohai oilfield, such as, intensified and complex submarine cable and pipe causing high risk of leg touching while jackup platform positioning for ad justment wells, difficult anchoring and higher ac curacy requirements, etc. A research and analysis on jacket platform and submarine pipe distribution has been made, and on its basis 2 kinds of im proved drilling platform positioning programs have been brought up, that is, multiple precise positio ning and cabletied jacket platform technology. Field application shows that, multiple precise posi tioning and cabletied jacket platform technology prove to be safe, high quality and efficient to solve the problem of positioning of jackup platform for adjustment wells, which will provide certain refer ence for jackup platform positioning in Bohai Sea and other shallow waters.
