Research on key technologies for localization of intermediate fluid vaporizer

摘要 通过分析中间介质气化器(IFV)的结构特征,提出了IFV换热设计及制造工艺关键技术。经济效益评价认为,国产IFV在采购成本、运行性能及操作费用方面与进口IFV或开架式气化器相比都有较大优势,IFV国产化将有助于提高我国LNG接收站运营的经济性。目前,我国首台IFV样机已制造完成。 Heat transfer design method and key manufacturing technologies of intermediate fluid vaporizer (IFV) are proposed in this paper base on the analysis of IFV structure and performing characteristics. The localization of IFV will decrease the LNG terminal cost of equipment purchasing and operation according to the economic evalua tion. It is better for LNG terminal to improve their economic performance comparing with import IFV and openrack vaporizer. A localized prototype of IFV has been manufactured and will be tested in the near future.
