卵巢癌患者生命质量测定量表FACT-O中文版的效度与反应度评价

Evaluation on validity and responsiveness of the Chinese version of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Ovary Cancer (FACT-O)

目的对卵巢癌患者生命质量测定量表(functional assessment of cancer therapy-ovary cancer,FACT-O)中文版的效度、反应度等进行评价。方法通过量表的翻译、回译及文化调适制定FACT-O中文版,并通过测定73例卵巢癌患者的生命质量对该量表的效度、反应度进行评价。采用的统计学方法有相关性分析、配对t检验等。结果共性模块各条目与其所属领域的相关系数均较高,相关系数大多>0.6(P<0.05),而与其他领域的相关性较小,但特异模块各条目与所属领域的相关性稍差。FACT-O中文版与卵巢癌生命质量测定量表相应领域间的相关性较大。治疗前后测定结果作配对t检验显示,共性模块的4个领域得分、量表特异模块得分及总量表得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且标准化反应均数均较小。结论 FACT-O中文版具有较好的效度及可行性,反应度还需进一步收集资料进行评价。

Objective To evaluate the validity and responsiveness of the Chinese version of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Ovary Cancer （FACT-O）. Methods The Chinese version of FACT-O was developed through translation, back-translation and cultural adaptation, and seventy-three patients with ovarian cancer completed the questionnaires. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis, paired t-test. Results There were strong correlations between items of general module and their own domains and weak correlations between items and other domains. Most of the correlation coefficients between each item of general module and its own domain were above 0.6 （ P 〈 0.05）, but the correlations between items of specific module and their own domains were weak. Criterion validity analysis showed that the correlations between the corresponding domain of FACT-O and QLICP-OV （ Quality of Life Instrument for Patients with Ovarian Cancer） were strong. The differences of domains scores before and after treatment were not statistically significant（P 〉 0.05 ） , with all standardized responsive mean being small. Conclusion The Chinese version of FACT-O had good validity and feasibility, but the responsiveness needs further evaluation.
