In recent years,crimes have been on the increase.The reasons are the objective feasibility provided by the market economic environment, loopholes in administration, incompleteness of legislation and unthorough crackdowns on crimes. Criminnal prevention and cure of legal person crimes should strengthen legislation of trial procedures and cling to the principle of 'punishment on natural person and legal person'.
