成人高等教育对云南省经济增长贡献的实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Contribution of Adult Higher Education to Economic Growth in Yunnan Province

基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数模型,利用云南省的经济、教育等宏观层面数据,对云南省成人高等教育对经济的贡献率进行详尽测算。计算结果表明,云南省成人高等教育对当地经济增长的贡献率偏低,但其信号发送作用相对较高。要实现当地成人高等教育的可持续发展,增强其对经济的贡献率,对成人高等教育的课程设置、课程内容和课程组织形式的改革和人才培养模式的创新显得尤为迫切。

Based on the Cobb Douglas production function model, using the macro data of economy and education of Yunnan province, the article calculates the contribution rate of adult higher education to the economy of Yunnan Province. The calcula-tion results show that contribution rate to economic growth goes low, but its signaling transmission function is relatively obvious. The reason lies not only in the extensive production structure of Yunnan, which is ＂high consumption of resources, low techno-logical support＂, but also in some problems existing in the adult higher education of Yunnan. In order to realize the sustainable development of local adult higher education and improve its contribution to the economy, it is urgent to reform the curriculum and personnel training modes of the adult higher education.
