浅析县级中低压配电网的规划设计

摘要 随着环境和谐的现代化城市建设发展,电网供电的可靠性、安全性、电能质量、供电能力等越来越受到各界的重视,其中县级低压配电网,日益受到人们重视。其原因之一是县级电网长期不受重视而造成了电网薄弱,另一原因是改造资金的匮乏。因此,做好县级配网规划便是重中之重,尤其要避免因规划与设计原因及重复建设造成的漏洞与浪费。而本文就是对县级中低压配电网的规划进行了讨论。并提出规划改造目标和应注意的几个问题。
