贵州民族地区高师图书馆现状及对策

The Current Situation and Stretegy Researches in Teachers College Library in Guizhou Minority Areas

贵州高师图书馆目前发展的速度远远赶不上当前实施师范生素质教育和贯彻科教兴黔的形势需要 ,师范生利用图书馆的渴望很高 ,但图书馆远不能满足学生的需求。加快高师图书馆建设 ,关系到促进师范生的素质教育 ,有利于贵州民族地区文化教育水平的提高。高师图书馆建设必须理顺关系 ,依法加大投入 ,充实现代化管理人才 ,才能提高图书馆的办馆水平和办馆效益 。

As for vitalizing Guizhou with science and education and carrying out the quality education of teachers collgeg students,the corrent development of Guizhou teachers college library can not far meet the situational need.The students in teacheras college have a thirst for using library, but the library far behind the situation development,does not satisfy what the students desire.Speeding up the construction of teracher college library is essential to acceleration of quality education and beneficial to improvement of cultural and educational standard in Guizhou minority areas.Higher normal schoollibrary in order to increae the lerel and bendfit of running library and to be advantigeous to cultivation of talented persons majoring in teachers training in Guizhou minority areas,should deal well with the operating relationships,enlarge the financial input and stsengthening the mordernizational managing talents.
