Plastic Surgery to repair the facial dog bite

目的 探讨美容整形外科的原则和技术应用在颜面部犬咬伤的临床处理中的重要作用。方法 回顾性总结并分析2010—2012年该院整形外科对15例颜面部犬咬伤患者进行清创和整形修复手术治疗的临床资料。结果 15例均未发生狂犬病。伤口I期II/甲级愈合12例;II期愈合3例。I期愈合病例中瘢痕无增生,修复效果符合整形美容要求,达到了患者满意的程度。结论 在对颜面部犬咬伤伤口处理过程中,运用整形外科的原则和技术进行创面修复是安全可行的。

Objective To explore the important role of principles and technology application of cosmetic plastic surgery in the clinical treatment 9f facial dog bite. Methods A retrospective summary and analysis of plastic surgery in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 15 cases of facial dog bite patients clinical data of treatment of invasive and Qing reconstructive operation. Results 15 cases had no rabies. ⅠⅡ / a wound healing in 12 cases; Ⅱ healing in 3 cases. Ⅰ healing cases scar without hyperplasia, repair effect with the cosmetic requirements, to the satisfaction of the patients. Conclusion In facial dog bite wound treatment process, principles and techniques of plastic surgery is safe and feasible for wound repair.
