舒适护理在剖宫产患者护理中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Comfortable Nursing in Nursing Care of Patients with Cesarean Section

目的分析研究舒适护理对剖宫产患者的应用效果。方法选取该院2012年1月—2013年1月收治的64例实施剖宫产患者,随机将64例患者分成护理组与对照组两组,每组32例。护理组患者实施舒适护理措施,观察组患者实施常规护理措施,并对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较。结果通过实施相应的护理措施,护理组32例患者中19例很满意,11例满意,2例一般满意,0例不满意,满意率93.7%;对照组32例患者中9例很满意,12例满意,9例一般满意,2例不满意,满意率65.6%,可以看出护理组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产患者实施护理的过程中增加舒适护理,不仅可以有效缓解患者的不良情绪,同时还可以提升患者的信赖度,提升护理质量,值得临床广为使用。

Objective Analyze the effect of the application of comfortable nursing on patients with cesarean section. Methods Selecting 64 cases of patients with cesarean section in hospital from January, 2012 - January, 2013, and the 64 cases were randomly divided into nursing group and control group with 32 patients in each group. Implying comfortable nursing measures for the patients in nursing group, the patients in control group received the routine care, with the observation and comparison of satisfaction of patients in two groups. Results With the implementation of the corresponding nursing measures, in the nursing group, 19 cases were very satisfactory, 11 cases were satisfactory, 2 cases were general satisfaction, 0 case was not satisfied, and the satisfaction rate was 93.7%; while in the control group, 9 cases were very satisfactory, 12 cases were satisfactory, 9 cases were general satisfaction, 2 cases were not satisfied, and the satisfaction rate was 65.6%, which can be seen that the nursing satisfaction of nursing group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The increased comfortable nursing process on patients with cesarean section, not only can effectively alleviate the bad emotion of patients, but also can enhance the confidence of patients, improve nursin~ oualitv, which is worth the clinical widelv used.
