CTGF在急性氨中毒患者血清中的表达及意义

摘要 目的通过观察结缔组织生长因子(connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)在急性氨中毒患者血清中的表达变化,探讨CTGF在急性氨中毒的作用。方法酶联免疫吸附法(ELASA)检测16例急性接氨15h患者的血清及16例健康对照人群的血清中CTGF的含量。结果急性接氨患者血清CTGF含量为(124.4±18.0)pg/L,对照组血清CTGF(87.1±27.7)pg/L,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清CTGF在急性轻度氨中毒患者中含量为(134.5±7.6)pg/L,刺激反应患者含量为(121.5±19.4)pg/L二者间差异有统计学意义。结论急性氨中毒患者发病早期血清CTGF表达升高,可能作为氨中毒损伤程度的指标。 Objective To investigate the roles of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF)in acute ammonia poisoning by observing of the changes of CTGF expression in acute ammonia poisoning. Methods The serum levels of CTGF in 16patients with ammonia and 16 healthy individuals were detected by means of the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The serum levels of CTGF in patients with Ammonia was 124.4~ 18.0 pg/L, while the serum levels of control group was 87.1~27.7 pg/L in health control group. There was significantly statistical differences between the case group and the control group in the serum levels of CTGF (P 〈 0.05).Significant difference in the serum level of CTGF was also found between the moderate ammonia poisoning patients and the patients with irritant response in the serum levels of CTGF. Conclusion At the early stage of onset, the serum level of CTGF increases in patients with acute ammonia poisoning, which may be an index for the degree of injury in acute ammonia poisoning.
