摘要
目的采用整形美容外科技术对面部皮肤软组织外伤进行清创缝合,从而减少伤口瘢痕增生程度,使面部皮肤软组织原有功能和形态尽可能的恢复。方法运用整形美容外科的原则和技术对本组50例患者的伤口进行I期清创缝合处理。结果经治疗50例患者伤口I期基本全部愈合,而且基本没有瘢痕增生、挛缩现象,无需进行Ⅱ期整形修复。结论急诊面部外伤后,应用整形美容技术对伤口进行清创缝合修复,能够使面部创伤的功能得到恢复,达到良好的美容效果。
Objective To adopt the technique of plastic surgery of facial skin soft tissue trauma debridement suture, thereby reducing the scar hyperplasia degree, make facial skin soft tissue morphology and function as far as possible the original recovery. Methods Using the principles and techniques of plastic surgery for stage I of the group of 50 patients with wound debridement suture in the treatment. Results After the treatment of 50 patients with stage I basic wound healed, and no scar, contracture phenomenon, without the need for phase II plastic repair. Conclusion Emergency facial trauma, application of plastic surgery technique of suture of wound repair, can make the wound function was restored, achieve good cosmetic effect.
