护理干预对前列腺电切术后患者的影响

Nursing experience of transurethral resection of the prostate

目的探讨护理干预对前列腺电切术患者的影响。方法选择该院2010年2月—2011年2月收治的前列腺电切术患者60例,对所有患者均进行手术前、手术后护理及出院指导,监测患者护理前后的心率、血压、尿量率以及IPSS评分,并进行统计对比分析。结果所有患者均治愈出院,患者护理后的心率、血压与护理前比较均显著降低(P<0.05);最大尿量率、平均尿量率与护理前比较均显著升高(P<0.05);IPSS评分与护理前比较有显著下降(P<0.05)。结论实施手术前、手术后护理及出院指导有助于提高前列腺电切术患者耐受力和治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the prostate transurethral resection of the effective methods of care. Methods Select the prostate transurethral resection 60 patients admitted to our hospital from F0bruary 2010 to February 2011, all patients prior to surgery, post-operative care and discharge instructions, heart rate, blood pressure, urine output monitoring of patient care before and after the IPSS scores and statistical comparative analysis. Results All patients were cured and discharged, heart rate, blood pressure and pre-nursing patient care compared to significantly lower （P〈0.05）; maximum urine output rate, average urine output rate compared with care before were significantly increased （P〈0.05） and nursing; IPSS score decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. conclusion The implementation of the pre-operative and post-operative care and discharge instructions will help to improve tolerance and therapeutic effect of prostate transurethral resection patients, worthy of promotion.
