摘要
目的探讨格列吡嗪合用二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法 2型糖尿病患者160例根据治疗药物应用的不同分为治疗组与对照组各80例,对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予格列吡嗪治疗。结果两组治疗前FBG、2hBG值对比无明显差异,治疗后都有明显下降(P<0.05),同时组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。两组治疗前LDL、TG、TC值对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后都有明显下降(P<0.05),同时组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论格列吡嗪合用二甲双胍应用于2型糖尿病患者能有效降低血糖与血脂含量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of glipizide plus metformin for treating type 2 diabetes. Methods 160 cases with type 2 diabetes were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group were given metformin, the treatment group were added the glipizide. Results FBG, 2hBG, TG, TC, LDL values between the two groups before treatment contrasted had no significant difference, after treatment there were decreased significantly （P〈0.05） and contrasted the differences had significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Glipizide plus metformin used in patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively decrease blood sugar and lipids that should be widely applied.
