炎琥宁注射液佐治手足口病50例疗效观察

Yanhuning Injection in the Treatment of Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease: a Clinical Observation of Fifty Cases

目的:观察炎琥宁注射液佐治小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将99例手足口病患儿随机分为两组,治疗组50例,对照组49例。两组均给予维生素B、维生素C静脉滴注及对症治疗和利巴韦林10～15 mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,每天1次,合并细菌感染者给予抗生素治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用炎琥宁注射液6 mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程5～7 d。结果:治疗组总有效率94.00%,对照组总有效率75.51%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组退热时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组皮疹消退时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:炎琥宁注射液辅助治疗小儿手足口病疗效确切,见效快,疗程短,未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of Yanhuning injection in treating hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods： Ninety-nine children suffering HFMD were randomly divided into two groups： the treating group of 50 cases and the control group of 49 cases.The treating group was treated with Yanhuning injection 10~15 mg/（kg·d）,once a day combined with ribavirin 6 mg/（kg·d）,once a day last 5~7 days,while the control group was only treated with ribavirin.Meanwhile,both groups were treated with vitamin B and vitamin C injection.If the patients were infected by bacteria,antibiotics would be applied.Results： The total effective rate of the treating group 94.00% was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.5%（P0.01）.The time to defervesce,the healing time of oral ulcer and the length of treatment course in the treatment group were all significantly shortened compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.The time to rash subsided were shorter in treatment group than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusions： The efficacy of Yanhuning injection in treating HFMD is exact.It can shorten the treatment course without obvious side effects.It should be widely applied to the treatment of HFMD.
