阿替卡因凝胶在儿童口腔局部麻醉中的应用

Application of Articaine Gel in Oral Local Anesthesia in Children

目的:分析阿替卡因凝胶在儿童口腔局部麻醉中的应用价值及安全性。方法:将72例乳牙拔除及牙髓炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组35例(共42颗患牙)单纯给予复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液浸润麻醉,治疗组37例(共43颗患牙)给予阿替卡因凝胶经皮麻醉联合复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液浸润麻醉,观察两组麻醉效果。结果:治疗组麻醉优良率为100%,高于对照组的83.3%,治疗组麻醉效果优于对照组(χ2=5.76,P<0.05)。结论:阿替卡因凝胶用于儿童口腔局部麻醉,麻醉效果显著,患儿治疗配合度高,适合临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the application value and safety of Articaine gel in oral local anesthesia in children. Methods： Seventy-two cases of children needing extraction of deciduous teeth and endodontic treatment were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-five cases （forty-two trouble teeth） in the control group were given compound articaine hydrochloride injection for infiltration anesthesia, while thirty-seven cases （forty-three trouble teeth ） in the treatment group were given compound artieaine hydrochlofide injection and tetracaine gel for infiltration anesthesia. Anesthetic effect was observed. Results： Anesthetic total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.00% , which was higher than that of the control group （ 83.3% ）. The effect of anesthesia of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （X^2 = 5.76, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions： The anesthetic effect of articaine gel in oral local anesthesia in children is significant. Children are very cooperative. It should be worthy of clinical application.
